RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

1. Exchange Request Period

Customers may request an exchange within the first seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.

After this period, exchanges or claims will not be accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

 

2. Store Credit Only

Jasny Jewelry does not issue monetary refunds.

If a customer requests an exchange within the allowed period, the amount paid will be applied as store credit, which may be used to purchase another available product.

The store credit must generally be used at the time of the exchange unless otherwise determined by the company.

 

3. Conditions for Exchange Approval

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused.
• In its original condition.
• With original packaging included.
• Receipt or proof of purchase provided.

Jasny Jewelry reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

 

4. Manufacturing Defects

If a piece presents a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an exchange within the established time period.

The item will be inspected by our team to determine whether the damage is due to:

✔ Manufacturing defect.
❌ Misuse or improper handling.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Jasny Jewelry may:

• Replace the item, or
• Issue store credit equivalent to the product’s value.

 

5. Damage Caused by Use or Misuse

This policy does not cover damages caused by:

• Impacts or drops.
• Improper use.
• Exposure to chemicals.
• Incorrect handling.
• Modifications made by third parties.
• Normal wear and tear.

In these cases, exchanges or store credits will not be granted.

 

 

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Customized jewelry pieces.
• Made-to-order products.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Earrings or personal-use items (if worn).

 

7. Inspection and Approval

Jasny Jewelry reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange or store credit.

The final decision regarding the approval of an exchange rests solely with the company.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Jasny Jewelry is not responsible for:

• Damage occurring after purchase.
• Loss of stones due to misuse.
• Damage caused by third parties.
• Repairs performed outside of our authorized services.

 

9. Policy Acceptance

By making a purchase from Jasny Jewelry, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these exchange and return policies.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

Jasny Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange, credit, or service request if any of the following is detected:

• Abuse of the exchange policy.
• Inconsistencies in customer information.
• Suspicion of fraud.
• Product alteration after purchase.

The company may exercise this right at its discretion to protect the integrity of the business.

 

11. Natural Product Variations

Jewelry pieces may present slight variations in color, texture, or finish, particularly in products made with natural materials or handcrafted processes.

These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

 

12. Adjustments, Repairs, or Maintenance

If a customer requires adjustments, maintenance, or repairs, these services may involve additional costs depending on the type of work required.

Repairs performed by third parties will void any possibility of exchange or evaluation by Jasny Jewelry.
